On the jack stand so we don't have to work so low.	Take off the cover
The pin and spring clip which hold the shaft to the front spline	Looking at the transmission output shaft
Making sure all is OK and pointing out what needs to be done	Putting things back together
Amazing what driveshaft maintenance will do to a bike!!
